The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹20,000.

Key Responsibilities (Baby Care)

Monitor infants’ daily needs, including feeding, sleeping, and diaper changes.
Observe and assess babies’ health, behavior, and developmental milestones.
Administer medications or basic care as advised by pediatricians.
Maintain records of feeding schedules, sleep patterns, and health updates.
Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for the baby at all times.
Support parents by educating them on baby care routines, nutrition, and safety practices.
Perform routine checks such as temperature monitoring and recognizing signs of discomfort or illness.
Provide gentle handling, emotional comfort, and stimulation to support healthy growth and development.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 6 months - 3 years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.
