We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Executive with strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), excellent email writing, communication skills, and typing skills (Hindi & English). The ideal candidate should be able to handle data management, documentation, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Manage and organize data using MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data entry, etc.).
Draft professional emails, reports, and official correspondence.
Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Perform Hindi and English typing for official documents.
Assist in administrative tasks like scheduling, data entry, and report generation.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.
Mandatory:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong email writing & communication skills (English).
Good Hindi & English typing speed
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in back-office operations is a plus.
