Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Junior Service Engineer to handle laptop and desktop servicing along with customer pickup and delivery support. The candidate should have basic hardware knowledge and be customer-friendly.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop and desktop hardware issues
Perform OS installation, software installation, and driver updates
Replace faulty components such as RAM, SSD, HDD, keyboard, display, battery, etc.
Handle basic chip-level support under senior engineer guidance
Pick up laptops from customer locations safely and deliver after service
Explain service details and charges clearly to customers
Follow company SOP while handling devices
Maintain proper service reports and update job status
Ensure safe handling and transportation of customer devices
Support in-store customer service when required
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware
Windows OS installation and formatting knowledge
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)
Basic communication skills
Responsible and trustworthy nature
Willingness to travel locally for pickup and delivery
