Job Description

We are looking for a Service Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in hardware troubleshooting, testing, and tablet PC repairing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and inspect hardware components and equipment.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.

  • Repair and maintain Tablet PCs and related devices.

  • Provide on-site technical support to customers.

  • Travel to Raipur and nearby locations for service visits.

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and technical issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: 12th pass or graduate.

  • Technical diploma in a relevant field will be an added advantage.

  • 1–2 years of experience in hardware servicing or repairing.

  • Hands-on experience in tablet PC repairing and hardware troubleshooting preferred.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to travel to customer locations.
