Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and present accurate,
competitive proposals, ensuring that all technical and business requirements are addressed.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives to develop and execute sales
strategies, providing technical insights that support sales efforts.
Training and Education: Educate customers on product features and usage, providing
ongoing technical support and training as needed.
Market Feedback: Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product
development team to help improve or customize the product.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and competitor

Sales Targets: Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the
company.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or
equivalent practical experience.
Experience: Proven experience in a technical sales role, typically 0-3 years in the industry,
with a strong understanding of the product or service being sold. or Fresher
Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge related to the product
Sales Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven
ability to close deals.
Problem-Solving: Ability to understand complex customer needs and design technical
solutions.
Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites, events, or trade shows as required.
