Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Gauges/Tooling Design & Mfg. Days.

2. Monitoring Update List Of FTG

3. Prepare Wire cut Program as when required.

4. Maintain Documents issue control & Record.

5. Die Tool Design for Ring Rolling As & When required.

6. Preparation Of Forging Drawing for RFQ Parts (Hammer, Press and Up setter)

7. Initiation Of ECN Activity & Monitoring

8. Product Master, Die Master and BOM Entry in SAP And ERP

9. Preparation & Modification of Control Plan for Forging Process
