Job Title: Senior Automotive Denter and Tinker (Body Repair Specialist)

Job Summary

Brotomotiv Autoz Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Automotive Denter and Tinker to join our premier multi-brand workshop. In this role, you will lead high-quality body repair and structural restoration across a wide variety of car makes and models. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Advanced Dent Repair: Remove major and minor dents, creases, and dimples from vehicle body panels using specialized hand tools, slide hammers, and dollies.

• Multi-Brand Sheet Metal Work: Masterfully manipulate different automotive metals (including steel and aluminum) unique to various car brands.

• Structural Welding & Fabricating: Cut away heavily damaged sections and weld new replacement panels seamlessly using MIG or gas welding equipment.

• Chassis & Frame Realignment: Operate heavy-duty hydraulic pullers and frame-straightening benches to correct misaligned vehicle chassis.

• Panel Fitting & Alignment: Replace and align doors, hoods, fenders, and bumpers to ensure perfect body gaps and smooth operation.

• Surface Finishing: Apply body filler (putty) and sand repaired areas to a perfectly smooth finish, leaving them 100% ready for the paint team.

• Component Stripping: Safely remove and reinstall interior trim, glass, and minor electrical wiring to access damaged repair zones.

• Quality Inspections: Ensure all completed metalwork meets Brotomotiv's strict premium quality standards before moving to the next stage.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working as a Denter/Tinker in a busy multi-brand workshop or dealership.

• Education: No formal educational qualifications required. Your practical skills, speed, and quality of work are what matter most.

• Technical Expertise: Expert-level mastery of welding machines, oxy-acetylene torches, slide hammers, and body alignment tools.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to independently figure out the best repair method for complex accidents and premium vehicles.

• Work Ethic: Strong dedication to detailing, clean finishes, and workshop safety.
