Car Evaluator

We are looking for a Car Evaluator to join our team at Avani Consulting echnical, field-based role responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and assessing the value of pre-owned cars at customer locations, ensuring they meet Spinny’s quality standards before procurement. This is a full-time position requiring strong technical knowledge, typically requiring ITI/Diploma background and 2–5 years of experience in vehicle evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• On-site Vehicle Inspection: Travel to customer locations to conduct thorough inspections of pre-owned cars, including engine performance, transmission, suspension, brakes, and electrical components.

• Condition Evaluation: Assess the exterior (panels, paint) and interior for damages, accidents, or flood damage.

• Documentation: Accurately document findings and capture high-quality images of the vehicle using the app.

• Valuation & Reporting: Prepare detailed, objective evaluation reports and provide fair market price estimations.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all cars adhere to Spinny's quality control checklists and protocols.

Requirements

• Education: SSC or ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.

• Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a technician or mechanic (OEM-based organization experience is often preferred).

• Skills: Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, ability to identify damage, and familiarity with used car market pricing.

• Requirements: A valid driving license and willingness to travel for field-based work.
