Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Use special tools and software to find electrical and mechanical faults in motors, throttles, controllers, and battery systems.
Repairs & Replacements: Swap out broken parts like brake pads, tires, chains, gears, display units, wiring harnesses, and battery cells.
Routine Servicing: Perform safety checks, firmware updates, battery health checks, and general tune-ups.
Assembly & Quality Control: Unpack and build new e-bikes, testing them on the road or bench before giving them to customers.
Record Keeping: Update work logs, customer service details, and parts inventory in digital shop systems.
