Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and replace or repair faulty parts like chains, tires, and brake pads.
Assembly & Setup: Unbox, build, and test new bicycles or e-bikes for retail sale.
Maintenance: Perform routine tune-ups, including cleaning, degreasing, and lubricating drive-trains.
Customer Service: Consult with clients to identify problems, provide repair estimates, and recommend suitable accessories.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels for bike parts and accessories and order necessary components from suppliers.
Workshop Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all tools are properly calibrated and stored.
