Job Description

Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Use digital scanners and multimeters to identify faults in the Electric Control Unit (ECU), motor, wiring harness, and throttle systems. [1]
Battery & Motor Maintenance: Check cell health, map State of Charge (SoC), and safely replace or repair Battery Management Systems (BMS) and BLDC motors. [1, 2, 3]
Mechanical Repairs: Service standard two-wheeler components like brakes, suspension, steering, and tires. [1, 2]
Software Updates: Flash controller firmware, calibrate connected mobile apps, and update vehicle software. [1]
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to high-voltage EV safety standards and use personal protective equipment (PPE). [1, 2]
Customer Interaction: Perform test rides, explain repair requirements to clients, and document services in a Workshop Management System
