Service Responsibilities:
Perform pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and explain basic vehicle functionality to customers.
Support in vehicle service, basic diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
Maintain service logs and escalate technical issues to the central service team when required.
Educate customers on battery charging, maintenance tips, and warranty coverage.
Sales Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Explain features, benefits, and specifications of e-scooters and e-rickshaws.
Convert walk-in inquiries into test rides and then into sales.
Handle sales documentation, financing coordination, and vehicle delivery process.
Maintain display vehicles and showroom hygiene.
General:
Maintain daily walk-in and follow-up registers.
Coordinate with the backend team for stock, service parts, and customer feedback.
Support local promotional activities (rallies, demos, camps).
Education: ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, Auto-Electrician, or related trades.
Good communication and convincing skills. Basic Computer Knowledge
Basic understanding of EV vehicle service & diagnosis.
Customer-centric approach and willingness to learn.
