Job Title: Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads through various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies.

• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars.

• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.

• Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

• Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries.

• Collaborate with the design and marketing team for campaigns.

• Increase followers, engagement rate, and brand visibility.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms.

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

• Good content writing and caption writing skills.

• Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

• Understanding of hashtags, SEO, and trends.

• Strong communication skills.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management (preferred).

• Freshers with strong portfolio can also apply.

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
