Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, along with strong knowledge of social media marketing and content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

- Plan and create engaging social media content, posts, reels and campaigns.

- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).

- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and improve conversions.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights and prepare regular performance reports.

- Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, leads and brand awareness.

- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and market research.

- Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives and social media content.

- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions and ROI.

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, advertising tools and digital marketing practices.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Social Media/Digital Marketing.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads is required.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising.

- Good communication and content-writing skills.

- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance.

- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools will be an added advantage.
