Marketing Executive

Job description:

We’re looking for someone who understands creator trends, has a strong grasp of the evolving creator economy, and can turn bold ideas into high-impact, performance-driven campaigns. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end campaign strategy, build strong brand and creator relationships, manage high-budget campaigns, and drive measurable ROI from pitch to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.

• Own end-to-end campaign management, from pitching and planning to execution and performance analysis.

• Identify the right creators and emerging trends to deliver impactful brand collaborations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, creators, and talent agencies.

• Manage campaign budgets, negotiations, deliverables, and timelines.

• Track campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI.

• Lead client presentations, strategic pitches, and campaign reporting.

• Stay ahead of creator trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities in influencer marketing.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital campaign management.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator trends, and audience behaviour.

• Experience managing large-budget campaigns and multiple brand relationships.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• A data-driven mindset with the ability to connect creative ideas to business results.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
