Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Development:
· Develop and implement comprehensive social media and digital content strategies aligned with business goals.
· Create and manage high-quality, engaging content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and company blogs.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with brand messaging and campaigns.
Social Media Management:
· Oversee and manage daily operations of social media accounts.
· Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor user-generated content.
· Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure timely responses to trends or events.
Campaigns & Analytics:
· Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns (paid and organic) to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
· Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and Buffer.
Requirements:
· Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, digital content creation, or a related field.
· In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
· Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
· Proficiency with social media management tools Buffer and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
· Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
· Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Knowledge of Photoshop or Canva for content design.
