About the Role
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager with proven expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising and a strong background in real estate marketing. The ideal candidate will manage and scale our digital presence, generate quality leads, and build our brand across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the real estate industry to drive engagement and lead generation.
Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, ensuring optimized performance and ROI.
Create compelling content calendars, including posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand tone and project launches.
Collaborate with the sales and design teams to produce eye-catching visuals, videos, and copy for campaigns.
Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, etc.) with actionable insights.
Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Meta algorithm updates, and real estate market insights.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in social media marketing within the real estate industry.
Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Business Suite.
Strong understanding of real estate buyer behavior and lead funnel optimization.
Excellent skills in content creation, copywriting, and storytelling.
