Digital Domination: Run cutting-edge campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Google Ads.

Brand Storytelling: Create content that converts – from thumb-stopping reels to impactful blogs and newsletters.

ATL Leadership: Execute large-scale campaigns (print, radio, outdoor, influencer tie-ups) that give the brand visibility.

BTL Hustle: Own in-store activations, events, sampling drives, and partnerships that bring footfall and conversions.

Data + Creativity: Use analytics & AI tools to make every rupee count, while staying bold with experiments.

Market Intelligence: Constantly track competitors, trends, and customer behavior to keep us ahead.

🎯 What We Expect

Education: Graduate.

Experience: 3 – 6 years in digital marketing, social media, or brand marketing.

Skills:

Strong copywriting + creative mindset.

Experience with SEO/SEM, performance marketing, analytics.

Ability to manage agencies, vendors, and internal teams end-to-end.

Comfort with both high-level brand campaigns (ATL) and street-level activations (BTL).

Proficiency in digital tools & curiosity for new AI-driven marketing hacks.
