We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid acquisition strategy and drive measurable growth across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with paid media platforms, a strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, and a proven track record of delivering ROI-focused campaigns in the e-commerce space.
- Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Display, Affiliates, etc.)
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through paid digital channels
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily to achieve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate targets
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing dashboards to measure and report campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives
- Manage and optimize media budgets effectively across platforms
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, ad tech, and e-commerce
- Coordinate with product and tech teams to implement necessary tracking pixels and ensure accurate attribution
- Work with the CRM team to align retargeting, upsell, and cross-sell strategies
- Drive app install campaigns, if applicable, through performance channels
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing in the e-commerce domain
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC platforms
- Proficient in Excel/Sheets, campaign reporting, and performance analytics
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing monthly budgets exceeding ₹10L / $10K
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with programmatic advertising, Amazon ads, or affiliate networks
- Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing tools
- Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint or related platforms
- Familiarity with tools like AppsFlyer, Branch, HubSpot, or Salesforce
