Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Handler to manage our company’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media accounts, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories).
Manage and oversee daily posting on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly to build community engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing/design team for campaigns, ads, and creatives.
Run paid social media campaigns and track performance.
Prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, follower growth, and ROI.
Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and algorithm changes.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Handler/Manager/Executive.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of digital marketing and brand promotion.
Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Basic knowledge of website designing/WordPress will be an added advantage.
Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
Analytical mindset to measure campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management
