Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Social Media & Fundraising Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the organization’s social media presence, creating engaging content, and building a strong digital voice aligned with YECT’s mission.
The role also involves planning and executing fundraising campaigns, connecting with donors and CSR partners, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and analyzing campaign performance to improve outreach and impact.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Excellent communication and writing skills for storytelling and engagement
Experience in developing and executing content strategies
Ability to plan, manage, and analyze fundraising campaigns
Interest or experience in nonprofit, social impact, or community work
Knowledge of analytics tools to track and improve performance
