Services Marketing Manager Job Description: Strategic Dimension Ensure the optimal customer perception of Airbus Services portfolio to our customers as a key and decisive step for sales campaign success. Develop a thorough understanding of all aspects of the aviation after market and airline/lessor requirements, global and regional market trends, airline/lessor business drivers, evolving fleet and network requirements, revenue and profit generation models, and the after market's competitive environment. Develop a thorough understanding of Airbus services in order to identify and position appropriate solutions within a broader airline/lessor focussed commercial strategy. Act as the main marketing focal point of services for the region. Develop and maintain the commercial plan together with the Services Sales (CDS) to have a mid term global services plan for the region. Operational dimension Services as part of Aircraft Campaigns Contribute to aircraft strategy development on accounts as part of the GAM team by integrating services Marketing strategy in Commercial Rationale Identification and promotion of the potential services as part of the Aircraft campaign Ensure the value assessment and argumentation of the services( Services PV) as part of the overall aircraft value solution. Services Campaigns Ensure customers recognize the value of our solution vs competition. Develop specialized knowledge on Airframe portfolio understanding to Proactively identify leads and validate them with customers as part of the GAM strategy Define detailed and technical argumentation substantiated on data to demonstrate the superiority of our solution Influence customer teams evaluation and purchasing decision through analytical support and development of general and customized marketing argumentation Convincingly deliver marketing analysis and argumentation with a sound logical reasoning to customer audiences through documentation, high quality presentations, or other means Prepare and develop marketing argumentation and analyses to meet set targets, and develop suitable ways and methods of presentation to customer audiences. Interact with other areas in Marketing and Airbus to enhance and tailor marketing analysis and argumentation. Being the voice of the customer in Airbus - Capture evolving market requirements and provide guidance for product development strategies, enabling value-driven product innovation Work closely with Central services marketing on his/her perimeter to ensure alignment and enhancement of value This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
