Role Overview: We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive Senior Executive – CRM Marketing to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing our lead database, driving engagement through email and WhatsApp marketing, and ensuring high-quality lead handling through our in-house CRM system.
Key Responsibilities: • Upload and organize leads into the in-house CRM system from multiple sources: ➤ Online business platforms ➤ Trade fairs & exhibitions ➤ WhatsApp & email inquiries • Initiate first-level follow-up via phone, WhatsApp, and email for every new lead • Design and execute email marketing campaigns through CRM tools • Launch and monitor WhatsApp marketing activities to improve engagement • Create and share professional sales quotes to qualified leads • Track and report lead progress, conversions, and customer interactions in CRM • Coordinate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to support campaigns • Maintain a clean, segmented, and updated CRM database
Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management/marketing/business administration • 1–3 years of relevant experience in CRM, digital marketing, or inside sales • Experience with any CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantage • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to multitask, follow up promptly, and drive engagement
