Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Sourcing & Generation
Generate qualified leads through:
Channel partners / brokers
Direct sourcing (references, network, activations)
Database mining & outbound calling
Ensure lead quality over quantity, aligned with project positioning
Reaching out to architect & project management consultant
2. Channel Partner Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and IPCs
Regularly engage partners for inventory push and project updates
Drive walk-ins via channel ecosystem
3. Site Visit Coordination
Schedule and confirm site visits with prospects
Ensure high visit-to-lead conversion ratio
Coordinate with closing team for smooth handover
4. Market Intelligence
Track competitor projects, pricing, and offers
Provide on-ground feedback on customer preferences
Share insights to improve marketing and sales strategies
5. Funnel Ownership (Top to Mid Funnel)
Own KPIs like:
Leads generated
Site visits achieved
Cost per visit
Visit-to-booking support ratio
6. Collaboration with Marketing & Sales
Work with marketing team to improve campaign targeting
Align with closing team for better conversion outcomes
Ensure marketing efforts translate into actual footfall
Key Requirements:
1–5 years experience in real estate sourcing / channel sales
Strong network of brokers / agents (preferred)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Understanding of Mumbai real estate market
Ability to work in a target-driven, high-pressure environment
Street-smart, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
