Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising Campaign Management

Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
Monitor campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective spending.
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.

Lead Generation

Generate qualified leads through paid marketing channels.
Work closely with sales teams to improve lead conversion.
Track and analyze lead performance across campaigns.

Campaign Optimization

Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Analyze campaign data and implement optimization strategies.
Reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) and improve campaign efficiency.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and other tools.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
