Job Summary
Skinaa is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processing Executive to manage customer orders, coordinate with inventory and logistics teams, and ensure timely delivery of skincare products and clinic-related services. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate order records, resolve customer queries, and support seamless order fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, verify, and process customer orders from website and marketplaces etc.
Ensure order details, payment status, customer information, and shipping addresses are accurate.
Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and logistics teams for timely order dispatch and delivery.
Track order status and provide updates to customers when required.
Handle order modifications, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refund requests as per company policies.
Maintain daily records of processed orders and prepare operational reports.
Resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, and product availability.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stock shortages.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards during order processing.
Collaborate with customer support, sales, and e-commerce teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, e-commerce operations, or administration.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and order management systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc.
Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
