We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Manager to handle and grow seller accounts across multiple marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, online sales, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Manage day-to-day operations of Marketplaces Seller Central accounts
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, ratings, and account health
- Plan and execute Marketplace advertising campaigns & promotions
- Resolve listing issues, account warnings, and support tickets
- Analyze performance reports and suggest growth strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams (ads, logistics, catalog, support)
- Ensure 100% compliance with policies of marketplaces.
Required Skills & Qualifications :-
- Graduate in Business / Marketing / Commerce / Management
- Basic understanding of E-commerce marketplaces & Seller Central
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a growth mindset
Preferred (Good to Have) :-
- Experience in Marketplace Ads (Sponsored Products, Deals)
- Prior experience in E-commerce industry
- MBA or certification in Digital Marketing / E-commerce
