🚀 Meta Ads Specialist - (1+ Year Experience)​We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Meta Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) for a minimum of one year. This role is crucial for driving measurable business growth through strategic paid social media initiatives.​Key Responsibilities​Campaign Management & Execution:​Plan, set up, and launch paid advertising campaigns within Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) from concept to execution.​Manage and monitor daily campaign performance, ensuring budgets are spent efficiently to achieve defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.​Develop and implement effective audience targeting and segmentation strategies, including Lookalike Audiences and Retargeting.​Optimization & Analysis:​Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives (visuals, videos), ad copy, audience segments, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.​Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.​Ensure proper tracking and implementation of the Meta Pixel for accurate conversion measurement and optimization.​Creative Collaboration:​Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging, high-performing ad creatives and copy that align with the brand voice and campaign goals.​Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in Meta advertising.​Reporting & Compliance:​Generate and present clear, concise weekly/monthly performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, results, and next steps.​Ensure all advertising campaigns adhere strictly to Meta's Advertising Policies and Guidelines.​Required Qualifications & Skills​Experience: Minimum of 1+ year of proven, hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).​Platform Proficiency: Expertise in using Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.​Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the Meta Pixel, custom conversions, and standard tracking/analytics practices.​Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data (e.g., pivot tables, formulas in Excel/Google Sheets) and translate it into clear, strategic actions.​Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.​Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to manage ad spend effectively and a track record of driving positive ROI/ROAS.​Preferred (Bonus) Skills​Experience with other paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, TikTok Ads).​Meta Blueprint Certification.​Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
