We are looking for a highly driven E-commerce Account Manager to manage, optimize, and scale our online marketplace business across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart and others.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, an understanding of marketplace algorithms, excellent communication, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Manage and grow accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other platforms.
Ensure all product listings (titles, bullets, images, SEO tags) are optimized.
Monitor seller scorecard metrics, pricing, cancellations, returns, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with category managers to drive promotions, deals, and visibility.
Create and update product titles, descriptions, keywords, and A+ content.
Work with designers for product images, infographics, and banners.
Track competitor listings and implement improvements.
Monitor daily orders, inventory levels, and stock movement.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch & returns processing.
Avoid out-of-stock situations through forecasting and planning.
Plan and execute advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Meesho Ads, Flipkart Ads).
Monitor ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and optimize ad spends.
Run marketplace promotions (Lightning Deals, Flash Sales, BBD, End of Season Sale, etc.).
Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
Analyze data to improve conversions and reduce costs.
Present business insights and growth strategies to management.
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
1–4 years experience in marketplace account management.
Strong knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho dashboard & policies.
Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (design, logistics, finance).
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with tools like Helium10, SellerApp, JungleScout (optional).
Experience in content writing or managing product photoshoots.
Understanding of pricing strategies & competitor analysis.
