Role Purpose
Be the face and voice of TNV to international prospects. Own every lead assigned from first call to signed agreement — understand the client's requirement, map it to TNV's services, prepare the quotation, negotiate terms and close the deal. You will primarily engage clients over calls, video meetings and email across USA, Canada, UK, Australia, GCC, African countries and India.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage inbound qualified leads promptly — within defined SLA — and conduct structured discovery meetings.
• Understand client scope (standards, site count, employee strength, geographies, timelines) and recommend the right TNV service and audit model.
• Coordinate with technical / scheme managers internally to finalise the right scope and audit days.
• Prepare and share commercial quotations in the TNV-approved format; follow up diligently.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guardrails; escalate exceptions to the Head.
• Drive the client through agreement signature and handover to Operations for audit scheduling.
• Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene — every call, meeting note, quotation and stage update recorded.
• Nurture lost or dormant leads for re-engagement in subsequent quarters.
• Deliver an individual monthly revenue target set by the Head – Direct Marketing.
Must-Have Profile
• Graduate in any discipline; additional qualification in Marketing / International Business is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of international B2B client-facing experience — inside sales, BDR, account executive or client servicing.
• Outstanding fluency in English — neutral accent, clear articulation, confident on video meetings with global clients.
• Strong written English for commercial emails, proposals and follow-ups.
• Comfortable working across time zones when required (USA / GCC / UK calls may span evening IST hours).
• CRM-disciplined, target-driven, persistent without being pushy.
Good-to-Have
• Experience in ISO certification, TIC industry, management consulting, EdTech, SaaS or IT services sales.
• Exposure to quotation preparation and contract negotiation.
Success Metrics
• Individual revenue target of 6× fixed monthly cost (base expectation).
• Stretch target: 10× fixed monthly cost (unlocks manager-level incentive).
• Quotation turnaround ≤ 24 working hours from discovery call.
• First-response SLA to assigned lead: within 2 working hours.
