Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and support business growth in our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, coordinating with the sales team, and representing the company in client and land-related meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate projects

• Generate quality leads through digital marketing, campaigns, and other promotional activities

• Coordinate closely with the sales team to convert leads into business

• Visit project sites and land locations when required

• Meet clients directly and represent the company in discussions and negotiations

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities

• Manage marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional events

• Track marketing performance and prepare reports for management

• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients

• Ensure all marketing activities align with company goals and branding

Candidate Profile

• Male candidate preferred

• 6 – 10 years of experience in marketing (Real Estate experience preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel for site visits, land visits, and client meetings

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 6+ years of experience.
