Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Travel Allowance

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Hyderabad region. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in FMCG sales, with a strong focus on expanding business through cinema halls, distributors, and concession channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets
Identify and onboard new distributors and partners in the FMCG segment
Build and maintain strong relationships with cinema halls and concession partners
Drive sales through concession channels within cinema premises
Conduct regular market visits to explore new business opportunities
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain sales records
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
ready to travel.

Requirements:

Proven experience in FMCG sales (mandatory)
Prior experience dealing with cinema halls, distributors, or concession sales preferred
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
