Build and execute Clair’s overall marketing strategy across digital, retail, dealer, and project channels
Coordinate social media, content, campaigns, product launches, and brand communication execution
Develop marketing material including brochures, catalogues, packaging, dealer branding, POSM, exhibitions, and presentations
Coordinate with designers, agencies, photographers, and production vendors
Plan and execute dealer engagement, electrician loyalty, retail activation, and channel marketing programs
Drive lead generation and brand awareness for lighting, solar, and electrical product categories
Maintain consistency in brand identity across all platforms and businesses
Track campaign performance, market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
Support management with marketing MIS, campaign reporting, and growth recommendations
Preferred Profile
3–7 years of experience in marketing, branding, or growth roles
Experience in lighting, electricals, consumer durables, building materials, or industrial products preferred
Strong understanding of both digital marketing and offline/trade marketing
Good aesthetic sense and understanding of product-led branding
Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills
