About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in exhibition stall design, execution, and event marketing. The ideal candidate will have an established client base or industry connections, a proven record of bringing in business, and the ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in exhibitions, events, and experiential marketing.

• Leverage existing client database and industry contacts to generate leads.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design & production teams to deliver tailored solutions.

• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

• Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and pitches.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.

• Travel to meet clients, attend events, and explore new markets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the exhibition and/or events industry.

• Strong network of clients and contacts in the relevant sector.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Comfortable with frequent travel as per business requirements.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
