Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop chatbot flows using Interakt’s automation builder.

• Create and manage WhatsApp automation workflows for customer interactions (e.g., order updates, lead capture, FAQs).

• Integrate Interakt with external tools (e.g., CRMs, e-commerce platforms, databases) via APIs and webhooks.

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize chatbot performance and automation flows.

• Collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams to implement use cases.

• Test and troubleshoot bot logic to ensure smooth user experiences.

• Manage contact segmentation and tagging for personalized campaigns.

• Maintain documentation for chatbot logic, integration, and automation rules.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Interakt or similar WhatsApp Business platforms (e.g., Twilio, Gupshup, WATI).

• Strong understanding of chatbot logic, user flows, and automation strategies.

• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier or Integromat (Make).

• Basic knowledge of JSON, web development, or scripting is a plus.

• Experience with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a bonus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications or formal training in chatbot development or automation tools.

• Experience with customer engagement, lead nurturing, or support automation.

• UX skills related to conversational design.
