What You’ll Do:
• Be the first point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and feedback across social platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Improve the brand image through thoughtful, timely, and empathetic communication.
• Document interactions via email and support tools; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Monitor brand mentions and highlight major social noise to stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and updates.
• Highlight the noise in the social space to the key stakeholders within the organisation and ensure speedy resolutions
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback on social platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams or quick resolutions.
• Monitor brand mentions and escalate high-impact issues.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure timely follow-ups.
🔹 What You’ll Need:
• Excellent written English & familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Play Store.
• A sense of humour, problem-solving mindset & willingness to work 24/7 shifts.
• Must pass assessment (Versant 6 required).
