Core Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:

• Managing calendars and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.

• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters.

• Making travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.

• Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs.

• Organizing and maintaining files and databases.

• Taking meeting minutes.

• Assisting with event planning and coordination.

• Communication:

• Acting as the first point of contact for callers and clients.

• Managing communication with internal and external parties.

• Other Duties:

• Assisting with research and information gathering.

• Managing and prioritizing workload.

• Maintaining a professional and efficient office environment.

Key Skills:

• Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.

• Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.

• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work effectively with others.

• Confidentiality: Maintaining discretion and handling sensitive information with care.

• Problem-solving: Ability to address challenges and find solutions.
