Role Objective
To plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns (online and offline) to generate leads, build brand awareness, and support the growth of franchise opportunities.
To drive growth in franchise subscriptions through strategic marketing efforts, while proactively identifying and managing fluctuations in leads, conversions, and campaign performance
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Campaign Management
Design and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads for franchise sales
Identify and segment target audiences
Manage digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) for paid promotions
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media
Develop and manage content calendars for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
Collaborate with designers and content creators for brand-appropriate creatives
Monitor performance and engagement metrics (reach, CTR, conversions)
3. Offline Marketing
Plan and organize local franchise events, seminars, or expos
Coordinate with printing vendors for brochures, standees, etc.
Identify community partnerships and promotional opportunities
4. Market Research
Track competitor marketing strategies and industry trends
Collect feedback from franchisees/customers to improve messaging
5. Reporting
Maintain weekly and monthly reports on marketing KPIs
Suggest improvements based on campaign performance
6. Subscription Growth
Promote franchise subscription plans across digital and offline platforms
Design and execute performance-driven campaigns
Monitor subscription funnel performance from inquiry to conversion
7. Fluctuation Monitoring & Response
Track daily/weekly lead flow, campaign engagement, and conversion data
Analyze dips or spikes in performance and recommend corrective strategies
Present fluctuation trend reports to management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in franchising, real estate, or service sectors)
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Creative thinking and data-driven decision-making
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday Off
