Job Description

Field Marketing Executive

Qualification:

  • Minimum: 10th Pass

  • 12th Pass preferred

  • Experience in field marketing/sales is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

  • Field marketing and outdoor visits

  • Cold calling and direct customer interaction

  • Scanning new construction sites for potential clients

  • Meeting builders, contractors, shop owners, and property owners

  • Promoting company products/services

  • Generating leads and collecting customer details

  • Explaining offers and schemes

  • Achieving daily/monthly targets

  • Submitting daily activity reports

Job Type:

  • 100% Field Work

  • Local area travel required

  • 20–30 visits per day

Salary:

  • ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

  • Incentives + Performance bonus

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills

  • Confident and energetic personality

  • Basic Hindi/English speaking ability
