Job Description (JD) – Field Sales Executive

Position: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell company products/services by visiting clients, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential and existing customers in assigned areas
Generate new leads and convert them into sales
Maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets
Explain product features and benefits to clients
Collect market feedback and report to the sales manager
Follow up on payments and pending orders

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to work in field and travel regularly
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
Target-oriented mindset
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th or Graduate (preferred)

Working Details:

Field-based job
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Reporting to: Sales Manager
