We are looking for a Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team at Kianext Healthcare to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves online promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹40,000 and growth opportunities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts.
Create, optimize & manage product listings/catalogs.
Handle inventory, orders & marketplace operations.
Monitor pricing, competitor analysis & sales strategy.
Manage account health, returns, customer queries & policy compliance.
Plan and execute promotions, deals & sales campaigns.
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns.
Perform SEO for website and product pages.
Conduct keyword research & content optimization.
Execute performance marketing & lead generation activities.
Track campaign performance, ROI & analytics reports.
Manage Google Analytics and marketing reports.
Increase online sales, revenue & profitability.
Improve product ranking and visibility on Amazon & Flipkart.
Develop customer acquisition & retention strategies.
Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6+ years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or related field.
Experience managing multiple e-commerce brands.
Proven track record of increasing online sales.
