· Sales and business development:
o Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
o Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and retailers in the assigned territory.
o Promote and sell a range of products, including tiles, sanitary ware, and CP fittings.
· Customer and channel partner management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and clients.
o Conduct regular meetings with dealers, distributors, architects, and plumbers.
o Ensure proper product display and promotional activities are executed at dealer points of sale (POS).
· Territory and reporting:
o Develop and implement sales plans to increase market share in the assigned area.
o Map and manage an assigned sales territory.
o Provide daily sales reports (DSR) detailing visits, orders, and market feedback.
· Market intelligence:
o Gather and provide timely market feedback to help the company improve its strategy.
o Identify new opportunities and potential business avenues.
