Marketing Field Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Executive Officer to support our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting prospective clients, conducting site visits, generating leads, coordinating property viewings, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.

• Meet prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.

• Conduct property site visits and explain project features, pricing, and amenities.

• Coordinate and schedule customer meetings and property inspections.

• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field activity reports.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth documentation and booking processes.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property prices.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

• Represent the company professionally during field activities and promotional events.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or any related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or field marketing (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
