Marketing Field Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Field Executive to join our team at OM ENTERPRISES to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role offline promotions, business meeting and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹22,000 - ₹28,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & B2B Sales: Identify and pitch housekeeping services to prospective hospital administrators, facility managers, and procurement teams.

• Site Visits & Needs Assessment: Conduct on-site evaluations of hospital facilities to understand specific sanitation, staffing, and compliance requirements.

• Proposal & Tender Support: Coordinate with management to prepare tailored service proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.

• Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with existing hospital clients to ensure service satisfaction, address concerns, and explore contract renewals or expansions.

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Gather intelligence on competitor pricing, service offerings, and emerging healthcare sanitation standards within the target territory.

• Reporting & Lead Tracking: Document daily field activities, lead statuses, client feedback, and sales pipelines for upper management review.

  Job Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years of field sales or marketing experience, preferably in B2B service sectors (facility management, healthcare services, or commercial cleaning).

• Communication: Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills to engage with high-level hospital decision-makers.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned local territory/region for hospital visits.

• Knowledge: Familiarity with basic healthcare hygiene expectations, infection control standards, or hospital operations is a plus.

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience in Hospital/ Medical Line especially.
