Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Coordination & Follow-Ups
Liaise with marketing vendors for production, printing, event setups, and creative deliveries.
Ensure timely execution of marketing collaterals and vendor payments.
Maintain a tracker for vendor deliverables and project timelines.
2. Store Coordination
Coordinate with retail stores for campaign rollouts, in-store branding, and promotional activities.
Collect store feedback, photographs, and reports post-campaign execution.
Ensure brand guidelines and marketing materials are implemented consistently across locations.
3. Influencer Management
Identify, shortlist, and coordinate with influencers for collaborations and campaigns.
Manage deliverables, timelines, and approvals for influencer content.
Track influencer performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports.
4. Marketing Operations
Assist in campaign planning, creative briefings, and tracking campaign performance.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, digital, PR, etc.) for smooth execution.
Support event management, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
5. Prompt Engineering (Preferred Skill)
Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar for idea generation, copywriting, and creative support.
Draft effective prompts to create content, visuals, and marketing copies.
Stay updated with AI-driven marketing tools and their best practices.
