About the Role:
Techmonastic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media
Strategist who can plan, execute, and optimize content across multiple social platforms.
You will be responsible for building our online presence, crafting engaging posts, analyzing
performance, and turning insights into effective strategies.
The ideal candidate should understand how different platforms work, think creatively, communicate
well, and adapt quickly to trends. Your tech background will be an added advantage in planning
structured, analytical content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
✨ Content Planning & Execution
• Develop platform-specific content strategies for Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X
(Twitter), etc.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form social content.
• Translate creative ideas into compelling visuals and messaging.
📊 Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Use analytics insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Optimize content using SEO basics, hashtags, and timely trends.
• Monitor social media conversations, engagement, and brand mentions.
📍 Team Collaboration
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and product teams for campaigns.
• Plan content calendars and ensure timely publishing. 🛠️
 Tools & Platforms
• Work with Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, and other management tools.
📈 Trend Research & Adaptation
• Stay updated with platform changes, trending formats, and new content ideas.
• Conduct quick research and prepare structured and logical content plans.

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and their algorithms.
• Creative thinking with the ability to convert ideas into content.
• Good communication and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization.
• Ability to research fast, spot trends, and adapt quickly.
• Logical thinking and structured approach (tech background is a plus).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
