We are a leading Panchakarma Equipment Manufacturing Company expanding our team at our Karve Road, Pune office.

We are looking for result-driven Male and Female professionals (Age 25–40) to drive our B2B sales. This is a 100% office-based role focused entirely on telephonic lead conversion with B2B clients like doctors, clinics, and hospitals.

Job Overview Position: Inside Sales Executive (B2B Equipment Sales)

Location: Karve Road, Pune (Opposite Sonal Hall)

Job Type: Full-time, 100% Office-based

Office Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Gender: Male / Female

Age Limit: 25 to 40 years

Experience: 0 to 5 years (fresher’s with strong persuasion skills are welcome)

Salary: Best in industry based on experience + high conversion potential incentives

Key Responsibilities

B2B Lead conversion: Connect with doctors, Ayurveda clinics, and wellness resorts.

Telephonic Sales: Pitch premium Panchakarma tables, steam chambers, and equipment.

Deal Closure: Guide warm leads through the inquiry-to-purchase pipeline.

Database Management: Maintain precise records of client requirements and follow-ups.

Requirements & Skills

Languages: Fluent in Hindi and Marathi (English is an added advantage).

Excellent telephonic communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand technical product specifications easily.

Goal-driven mind-set focused entirely on daily conversion targets.

High confidence to interact professionally with medical practitioners.
