Online Marketing Executive

Looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Develop and optimize marketing funnels for lead generation and conversions.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy testing.

Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI optimization.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

Track key performance metrics, including CPL, CPA, CTR, CAC, and ROAS.

Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to improve campaign performance.

Implement remarketing strategies and track campaign conversions using GA4 and UTM tagging.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation.

Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Microsoft Excel.

Knowledge of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and remarketing.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Ability to manage advertising budgets and improve campaign ROI.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in media, entertainment, events, or B2C marketing.

Knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zoho.

Understanding of landing page conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Graduate degree required/preferred; MBA and digital marketing certifications are an added advantage.
