Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves both field visits and direct customer engagement to promote our range of raw materials for the rubber industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet business objectives.

• Identify potential customers from the database and visit them to promote products.

• Conduct cold calling to generate new leads.

• Manage relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth and expansion.

• Follow up on payments and collections.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.

• Understand customer requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.

• Create and execute plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the rubber industry or industrial raw materials sector.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.

• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Willingness to travel for client visits.
