Job Description

Switzer Global Freight Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Freight Forwarding Marketing Executive to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships in the logistics and supply chain sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air)
Market company services including import/export logistics, customs clearance, and end-to-end supply chain solutions
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into customers
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth shipment execution
Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close deals
Track market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements & Skills

Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industry preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good understanding of INCOTERMS, freight pricing, and logistics processes
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Logistics is an advantage
